Hauke is a Senior Solicitor in the Private Client team, based in the firm’s Northampton office.
Hauke advises on a wide range of Private Client matters including Wills, Inheritance Tax and Succession Planning, the administration of Estates (including intestacies and estates with relievable assets and foreign assets), Deeds of Variation and Deeds of Disclaimer (under both Wills and Intestacies) and Powers of Attorney.
Hauke is a member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
The Inheritance and Succession team has been commended by The Times Best Law Firms 2021.
