Lauren is a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution Department, focusing on Real Estate Litigation.
Lauren advises clients on a variety of matters spanning all areas of property litigation, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, break clauses and 1954 Act claims.
Lauren has experience of debt claims, notices to quit, purchaser default situations and agricultural notices. She also assists the wider team with more complex disputes.
Lauren read law at the University of Southampton before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London. She previously worked as a Risk & Compliance Analyst at Addleshaw Goddard before joining Hewitsons in 2016 as a trainee solicitor. Following the successful completion of her training contract, Lauren qualified into the Real Estate Litigation team in March 2018.
Lauren was awarded the Cambridge Law Society Regional Trainee of the year award 2018.
