Lucinda is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution Team, specialising in Contentious Trusts and Probate disputes and disputes relating to land.
Lucinda is experienced in dealing with all types of inheritance disputes including applications contesting the validity of wills, applications to remove Executors, claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, rectification of Wills and breach of trust claims. Lucinda also deals with contentious Court of Protection applications. On the real estate disputes side, she deals with private nuisance claims, dilapidations claims, commercial landlord and tenant possession proceedings, right of way disputes and boundary disputes.
Lucinda read law at the University of Exeter before completing her Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Lucinda trained with the firm, qualifying into the Dispute Resolution Team in September 2004. She is a full Member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and also a member of the Institute of Legacy Management.
Lucinda is a Leading Individual in the 2017 edition of The Legal 500. Lucinda is ranked within the Chamber & Partners Guide 2018.
