Rachel is a Senior Solicitor in the Private Wealth team, based in the firm’s Northampton office.
Experience
Rachel advises clients on a wide range of Private Wealth matters including Wills, Inheritance Tax and Succession Planning, the administration of Estates and Powers of Attorney and Court of Protections matters.
Background
Rachel read Law at the University of Essex. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and specialised in Private Wealth, working for a Northamptonshire firm before joining Hewitsons in 2017. She has extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of Estates, Wills, Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection.
Additional information
In 2010 Rachel qualified as a Notary Public and can notarise documents for use abroad and arrange for them to be legalised at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Rachel is a member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
The Inheritance and Succession team has been commended by The Times Best Law Firms 2021.
