Salim is a Senior Solicitor in the Agriculture and Rural Property team, based in the firm’s Cambridge office.
Salim acts for private landed estates, farmers and land-owning trusts dealing with the sale and purchase of land including development sales, some with option, promotion and overage elements, the grant of commercial leases for diversification purposes, telecoms lease matters, and the grant of easements in connection with utility services and for other purposes. Salim also acts for conservation charities in connection with the purchase of land and other land management matters.
Salim read law at City, University of London and attained an LLM degree from University College, London. Salim trained with a leading regional commercial firm and gained experience of the full range of non-contentious commercial property matters acting for developers, investors and public bodies prior to joining Hewitsons.
