Our Experience

Our dedicated team has close links with the agricultural and rural communities across England and Wales. With decades of sector-specific experience under our belts, we understand that a farmer’s business premises is usually also their family home, and colleagues are often family members. This can throw up a number of complex legal and personal challenges, and we always factor this into the advice we offer. We don’t shy away from high-profile issues, either, having represented large groups of farmers in landmark judicial reviews against government.

In particular, we can provide assistance in the following areas:

Stephanie had acted for the family’s farming partnership when they acquired the farm five years prior, and had stayed as their retained solicitor ever since.
