Vets

Every day, we act as extended team members for vets across the country, working in partnership to resolve their legal issues and make sure they are compliant – from small and large animal veterinary practices to specialist practices and animal hospitals. In the last 3 years we have completed over £225m worth of vet based transactions, but we don’t just work on sales and acquisitions – we advise on the kind of business issues that you face every day.

Thanks to the reach of our firm and our breadth of experience, we offer the veterinary sector a multi-disciplinary approach, covering everything from sales, mergers, acquisitions and property buying to partner accession and succession, start-ups, debt collection and employment advice. In recent years, we’ve acted for a substantial number of sellers that have sold businesses to larger corporates, including IVC, CVS, Medivet, The Linnaeus Group and VetPartners.
