I help vulnerable and incapacitated clients, their families and carers by providing legal support when they need it most. I also help them navigate complex areas such as safeguarding, care funding and financial abuse.

Support for those who need it most

Our specialist OVP team are specifically qualified to support vulnerable clients and often act as professional Attorneys and Deputies, managing finances for those who are no longer able to do so for themselves.

Members of the team have the STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising Vulnerable Clients. Full STEP members are recognised internationally as experts in their field. We’re also fully-accredited members of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE), an association of independent lawyers who specialise in older client law. Accredited members have each undertaken the Older Client Care in Practice Award to demonstrate their experience and specialist knowledge in this area.
